Given the way his head swells it is bound to stop the leak. If only it were small enough to fit into the pipe.
On the other hand a modification of the “top kill” failure where liquid nitrogen is injected into the pipe instead of Obama’s golf balls (that must be where HE keeps losing them) might congeal/freeze the oil and block the flow long enough to properly plug the well with concrete.
